Returns / Exchanges 

You are able to return/exchange any unworn items for Store Credit on our website. If you need an exchange, you will send your items back to us and we will issue a store credit once we receive your items and verify the return. We will make sure your exchange is expedited and fulfilled as quickly as we can. If you would simply like to return your items, we are only able to refund the amount of your return as Store Credit on your account for you to use at a later time. 

If you need to return/exchange an item, you may do so by following the instructions below.

  1. Log into your account and request a return through the Order History page.
  2. Fill out the form, then place your items in either the original packaging or new packaging. Be sure to reference your name and order number clearly either on the package itself or on a piece of paper inside the package.
  3. Take your package to the Shipping Carrier of your choice (USPS, UPS, Fedex) and ship to:

You should expect to receive your Store Credit within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). 

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Restrictions may apply.
